La Chapelle Saint-Roch en Volière construite en 1563 fait partie d’un ensemble historique et architectural : l’ancien couvent des Frères Céllites, implanté en Volière depuis 1520. La chapelle possède un instrument remarquable daté de 1769 et fabriqué par le facteur d’orgues liégeois Guillaume Robustelli. Restauré en 2011 par la Manufacture d’orgues Thomas à Stavelot et inscrit sur la liste du Patrimoine Exceptionnel de Wallonie, cet orgue a conservé toutes ses caractéristiques, ses qualités et ses sonorités d’époque. Fabien Moulaert présentera cet orgue sous la forme d’un concert commenté.

The Chapelle Saint-Roch en Volière, built in 1563, is part of a historic and architectural ensemble: the former convent of the Céllite Brothers, established in Volière since 1520. The chapel boasts a remarkable instrument dating from 1769 and built by the Liège organ builder Guillaume Robustelli. Restored in 2011 by the Manufacture d'orgues Thomas in Stavelot and included on the list of Wallonia's Exceptional Heritage Sites, this organ has retained all its period features, qualities and sound. Fabien Moulaert will present this organ in the form of a concert with commentary, a programme designed for Les Nuits de Septembre.
