The baroque revelation of the Bozar Next Generation concerts, the young ensemble Musica Gloria takes us to the court of Anhalt-Zerbst in Leipzig, where Johann Friedrich Fasch (1688–1758), among others, served as musical director. This is an opportunity to hear the instrumental music of Fasch, whose catalogue is impressive, as well as treasures by Telemann and Bach, contemporaries of the composer and performed in the same place.
